My tracking information says "Delayed" - what does that mean?!

Canada Post is experiencing a record-breaking amount of parcels to process this holiday season and is extremely overwhelmed! We promise that your parcel is on it's way, but that is all the information that both we, and Canada Post, can provide. 

Tracking information will be updated whenever it can, so please keep an eye on it. Team Miiko is sending lots of speed and safety to your parcel to find its way to you!

Will you be closed during the holidays?

Yes! Our team will be taking a well-earned break during the holidays!

We closed for retail hours on December 25th and January 1st (both Fridays). All online orders placed during this time will still be packed and shipped within 3 business days.

When is the last day I can order online for my package to arrive before December 24th?

Unfortunately there are no guarantees this year due to COVID-19.  You will receive a shipment notification and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. The post service will be stretched very thin this season, so the sooner the better!

  • Residents of British Columbia should place their orders before December 13, 2020
  • Rural towns should order as soon as possible.
  • Outside of BC? Place your order before December 9th 2020 (even earlier as possible.)

Local Delivery

This is a new service! Miiko Skin Co now offers local delivery within 15km of headquarters. Delivery costs $8.99 with a minimum order of $25. The last day to order for local delivery is December 21st 2020. Deliveries will be made December 22nd. 

To select Delivery as your Shipping Method, you will need to enter in all of your shipping information, and then continue to the "Shipping" page during check-out:

Local Pick Up

If you live locally and would like to avoid shipping and delivery costs you can select “Local Pick Up” as an option at checkout:

How to Select Pick-up at Miiko HQ as your shipping method

When your order is ready you will receive an email to book an appointment to pick up your order. You can book an appointment to pick up your order Monday to Friday between 12pm-5pm.

The last day to pick up your order will be December 23rd. 

Shopping In-Store

Miiko Skin Co is open every Friday from 10am-5pm. You can come and shop your favourite products or get a refill, no appointment needed. Please see our updated COVID-19 safety protocols for details about shopping in store.

Miiko Skin Co will be closed after December 22nd and the last day to shop in-store is December 18th.

Can I place an order to be shipped to someone else as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! You will have an option to enter shipping information (different than billing information) at check-out. Please triple check the address and postal code.

If you would like this order to be personalized and a surprise please inform us in the notes portion at check-out. We will write them a personalized note!

I would like to order something else! Is it too late to add another order to my shipment?

If you have not received a shipping notification that your order is on its way you might be in luck! We usually will contact you if there is a duplicate order but please contact us immediately to ensure you have the best customer experience. 

How do I apply a discount or promo code?

Discount codes can be applied to your cart during the checkout process. See the right side of the checkout page below:

Please note that all bulk Miiko products are exempt from discount codes due to the already amazing savings.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase your gift cards here. Our gift cards are virtual and are delivered via email after purchase. This email will include instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. 

If your gift card is for someone else, you can either forward them the email or send them the 16-character redemption code. 

How do I return an order?

To begin the return process, please email and we will give you instructions on how to exchange your item.
