The Lifecycle of Foster

We are committed to building a Circular Economy. This means taking responsibility for the products we produce from idea to end of life, and investing in systems that ensure circular skincare is possible and accessible for all. From ingredient sourcing, manufacturing & packaging, to where we choose to sell our products, we're committed to making a positive impact on the health of our communities and the future of our world.

Local Suppliers

We source locally from people and places in British Columbia to keep our carbon footprint down to a minimum. We have a handful of trusted suppliers whom we work with closely to minimize our shipping and packaging footprint.

Natural Ingredients

Whole plant ingredients. Simple and Effective.

We create sustainable whole-skin based solutions for your skin care routine.

We do not purchase any ingredients that have been refined, bleached, deodorized, diluted, or are exposed to oxidative stress. We prioritize organic, and edible ingredients.

B-Corp Certified

Certified B Corporations are companies that use business as a force for good. They care about their employees, the environment, and their impact on the world. And they don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk. So when you see the B Corp seal, you can trust it. We put people and the planet first so we can all thrive and be prosperous.

Founders' Story

Kimiko started Miiko Skin Co after learning about the ingredients in commercial skincare and cosmetic products and how they were contributing to unwellness in the world. Melodie created Eluma Beauty Inc with a vision of a world without single use cosmetic packaging. Kimiko and Melodie met in 2016 and mutual respect and appreciation paved the way for the evolution of Miiko Skin Co.

They shared a common goal: To change your skin for the better and create a closed-loop system of skincare, and to make refilling the standard in the skincare industry. Foster is the evolution of Miiko Skin Co and a step forward in the sustainable skincare industry.
