Where can I refill my Foster products?

Which products are available to refill?

SHIPPING

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer local zero-emission courier services through GeaZone. This is available for all residents in the Greater Victoria area.

Do you ship across North America?

Yes, we offer $15 flat-rate shipping on all orders in Canada, United States, and Mexico, with free shipping on all orders over $125. Orders are shipped out via Canada Post Expedited Service.

I think my parcel has been lost or stolen. What do I do?

We are so sorry that your parcel has been lost or stolen. We will work with you and Canada Post to get you replacement products. Please email support@fosterskincare.com to start the process of filing a claim with Canada Post. 

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my products if they don't work your my skin?

We recognize ordering skincare online can be difficult, we offer sample sizes so you can try the products at home for 7-10 days. Sample sizes and kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

If you are unsatisfied with your products, we offer an exchange on products for 60 days after delivery. To begin the exchange process, please email support@fosterskincare.com. We may also be able to suggest an alternative product or help problem solve as to why your product is not working for you.

What is the shelf life of the products?

By choosing natural preservatives to decrease skin irritation and protect and maintain the skin's natural barrier functions, we recommend 1-2 years shelf life for most of our products. 

    Where is Foster Skin Care made?

    All products are made by hand in small batches in Victoria, BC on the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) and W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples of the Coast Salish Nation.

    Do you offer consultations?

    Yes, we do! We offer complimentary virtual consultations to help you find the best products for your skin. Send us an email at support@fosterskincare.com to get started.
      

    Which products are best for my skin type?

    Can I try a sample of Foster products before I purchase?

    Yes, you can purchase sample sizes of all skin and body products. When adding a product to your cart, be sure to select 'sample' under size options. 

    I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, are there any products I should avoid?

    To air on the side of caution, we recommend avoiding long term use of these products while pregnant:
    • Nourish Face Oil
    Essential oils are very potent ingredients, and should not be over-used during pregnancy. Please check in with doctor if you have any questions regarding skincare ingredients.

    Are your products vegan?

    All of our products are vegan, except for our Clarity Face Wash and Renew Face Wash. These products use local wild unpasteurized honey.
