SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped out of our headquarters in Victoria BC.
Canadian Shipping Rates:
- Orders over $75 will be shipped for FREE to all destinations within Canada.
- Orders under $75 shipped within Canada will be charged $10.00 tracked shipping.
United States & Mexico Shipping Rates:
- Orders over $75 will be shipped for FREE to all destinations within the USA and Mexico.
- Orders under $75 shipped within USA and Mexico will be charged $10.00 tracked shipping.
International Shipping Rates:
- Shipping outside of North America rates vary between $25.00-$35.00 (without tracking). International shipping with tracking is also available for an additional charge.
Orders are shipped out via Canada Post Expedited Service.

Lost or Stolen Parcels? We will work with you and Canada Post to get you replacement products. Please click here to email us to start the process of filing a claim with Canada Post.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local zero-emission courier services through GeaZone. This is available for all residents in the Greater Victoria area.
EXCHANGES
We recognize ordering skincare online can be difficult, so we offer samples sizes and kits so you can try the products at home for 7-10 days.
If you are unsatisfied with your products, we offer an exchange on products for 60 days after delivery.
To begin the exchange process, please click here to email us and we will give you instructions on how to exchange your item. We may also be able to suggest an alternative product or help problem solve as to why your product is not working for you.
If we cannot find results or a routine that works for you, offer a store credit for your order during this 60 day period.
